Sausage And Cheddar Casserole
What you'll need
6 Eggs
1/2 Lb Bulk Breakfast Sausage
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Sharp Cheddar
1/4 Tsp Salt
Brown and break up the sausage over medium high heat. Add 1 Tbs of oil if needed. (I did.)

Cook through to get a nice brown on the outside.

Eggs! I use 2 eggs per person. Or more πŸ˜‹

Whisk together cream and eggs

Whisk well, salt and pepper

Lightly grease a small casserole dish. I used an 8x8 here

Layer the sausage first, then egg mixture.

Top with shredded sharp cheddar. More or less to your liking!

Bake at 375 for 15-20 min until entire dish has just fluffed up

Lastly top with your fav hot sauce πŸ’ƒπŸ»
