Sausage & Waffle Egg Casserole
Gather your ingredients.

Layer 4 lightly toasted waffles in a square baking dish

Top with sausage

Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper until well mixed.

Pour over waffles and chill for 1 hour to overnight.

The waffles will soak up some of the egg mixture.

Bake until set.

Allow to rest, then serve.
