Sautéed Arugula With Red Bell Peppers
Slice the the bell peppers.

Sauté the bell pepper in 1 tbsp evoo for 7 to 20 minutes.

Add the minced garlic.

Stir in the arugula. Cook for about 3 minutes until it wilts.

Finish by stirring in the salt, red pepper flakes and optional balsamic vinegar.

Serve along with a burger, chicken or fish. Enjoy!
