Sautéed Swiss Chard
4 cups chopped
Swiss Chard
1 tablespoon
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Shallot
2 tablespoons
Honey
1 tablespoon
Tomato Paste
1 tablespoon
Puréed Garlic
1 teaspoon
Aleppo Pepper
2 tablespoons
Cider Vinegar
Chop 1 bunch Swiss Chard, about 4 cups.

Fry 2T chopped shallot & chopped chard stems in 1T olive oil

Mix 2T honey, 1T tomato paste, 1T puréed garlic, & 1tsp Aleppo pepper

with 2T cider vinegar.

Add chopped Swiss Chard to pan.

Add sauce to pan and toss together. Cook 2-5 minutes or until wilted.

Serve and enjoy!
