Cut Leeks in half, wash, thinly slice

Dry scallops, a touch of salt and pepper!

Add Leeks into pan with butter & shallots

Whole Leeks are cooking... turn on stove high and drop in and sear scallops

Don’t forget a little wine! (We will use for white wine reduction later)

Test the wine before using to creation the reduction 😉

Flip scallops, sear and add salt & pepper

Scallops are done! Yum! 😋

Add white wine reduction for final touch!
