Scones in the Brownie Pan
Gather ingredients

Cut 4 tbsp butter into the scone mix. It should resemble coarse cornmeal when done.

Separate one egg. Reserve egg white. In a flexible prep bowl add 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1 egg & 1 egg yolk.

Make a well in the scone mix. Pour the cream & egg mixture. Mix until the dough comes clean on the side of the bowl.

I folded in 2 tbsp of blueberry jam I made in the Deluxe Cooking Blender & 1/2 cup fresh blueberries.

On a lightly floured flexible cutting mat knead until dough forms a ball. Cut into 12 pieces.

Place pieces into the wells of the brownie pan. No need to grease the pan.

Using the Chef's Silicone Basting Brush, brush the tops with egg white & sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
