Heels together/toes apart. Point your foot forward bending your standing leg.

Lift abs lower keeping your stomach in and back straight.

Lift from your inner thigh as you flex and point your foot.

Dig your heel forward as you keep lifting your inner thigh!

Big circles inward keeping your hips nice and square.

Extend your leg in and out. Stay at a level that uses inner thighs not quads!

Lift higher with a bent knee. You can lift standing heel for extra balance and burn!
