Seafood and chicken Paella!
Oh yes you know what this means! Paella!

2 cups for 4-5 people

Red and green bell pepper

2 1/2 times the rice. So 5 cups of broth

Set aside as will have to be heated in parallel

2 heads garlic

1 lb of squids

This is nice for seasoning as has saffron

1/4 cups olive oil

Pan fry peppers and garlic

After browning, add squids

After 5 mins, add drums

Make sure chicken is well browned (about 10 mins)

Be heating the broth in parallel

Chicken and squid done

Add rice, and let it sit dry for one minute

Add seasoning and a cup of tomate purée, then pour the broth

Mix things up and then don’t touch again!

After 15 mins is coming to life

Add mussels, “heads up” so they can open

Once mussels are starting to crack, add shrimp

Cover, sit 3 mins and let shrimp finish cooking (they cook fast)
