Seasoned California Blend Vegetables
What you'll need
2 cups, sliced
Carrots
2 cups
Broccoli Florets
2 cups
Cauliflower Florets
2 tablespoons
Unsalted Butter
1/4 cup, grated
Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup
Panko Breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Cayenne Pepper
Cut the carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower into even bite size pieces. Add to a large bowl.

Combine the Parmesan, breadcrumbs, & cayenne. Mix well.

Toss the vegetables with the melted butter and breadcrumb mixture.

Pour the vegetables into a large baking dish. Top with any crumbs in the bottom of the bowl.

Bake, covered, at 350F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes or until fork tender. Enjoy!
