Seated Twists - Chair Yoga
4 STEPS
Let’s twist it up!
Create balance in the feet. Sit tall and bring awareness to your breath.

Left hand to right knee, work towards bringing right hand in line with base of the spine.

Right hand to left thigh and left hand in line with the spine. Exhale and twist from belly.
3
Repeat both sides if needed and come back to center.
