Seekh Kabab Crostini
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spread butter on the baguette slices and place them on a baking tray.

Bake until the slices are light golden brown for 4-5 minutes.

Heat 1 cup cooking oil in a pan.

Add in 2 tbsp National Ginger Garlic Paste and let it sizzle.

Add 1/2 kg beef mince and stir on medium flame for a minute.

Add half a packet of National Seekh Kabab masala.

The beef mince is ready in 6-8 minutes. Switch off the flame and keep aside to cool.

Add in finely chopped tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and parsley.

Add 1 cup olives & crumbled feta cheese.

Add Seekh Kebab mixture on the baguette slices. Top it with fresh parsley and feta cheese.
