Prepare your ingredients before you begin.
Whisk together soy sauce and cornstarch to form a slurry. Toss with cauliflower.
Heat oil in skillet over med-high heat. Add cauliflower. Cook until brown & crispy, 3-5 min. Remove.
Combine water, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, & cornstarch. Whisk well.
Add sauce to skillet. Raise heat to boil and thicken, about 1-2 minutes. Stir back in cauliflower.
Garnish with sesame seeds or green onion. Serve over rice or noodles. Full recipe linked below!
