Sesame Pork Bowls
Add 1 1/4 cups broth or water to 3/4 cup rice.

Add pinch of salt. Bring to boil.

Zest lime & quarter.

Once rice is at a boil, cover & reduce to low simmer. Cook 15-18 mins.

Roughly chop cilantro with kitchen shears.

Combine 2 tbsp mayo with 1 oz sweet Thai chili sauce.

Heat drizzle of oil in skillet over med heat. Add 10-12 oz pork.

Season with salt.

Cook until browned, breaking up meat with Mix N Chop.

Add 10 oz shredded carrot; then 4 tbsp sweet soy glaze & 3 tbsp sesame dressing.

Cook until carrots are softened, pork is cooked & sauce has thickened, 2-4 mins.

Season rice with salt & pepper. Fluff with fork.

Stir in lime zest & 1 tbsp butter.

To serve, place rice in bowl.

Top with pork mixture...
...chili mayo, cilantro...
...& crispy fried onions.
Serve with lime wedge.
