Break 1/4 of a packet of vermicelli by hand - 3/4 cup crushed
Warm oil, add 2 cloves and 4 green cardamoms and then then the vermicelli. Sauté till caramel brown
Add 1 litre of milk
Bring to a boil on medium heat
Add a tbsp each crushed pistachio + almond and a pinch of saffron, simmer on low 10-15 minutes
Add 2/3 can of condensed milk & a pinch of salt. Taste and add more condensed milk if needed. Done!
