SF Plum Pear Jam & Cream Cheese Hand Pies
Roll out store bought or homemade pie crust

Cut rounds into crust, repeat until all dough is used. I got 7, used 2 crusts

I heated homemade plum pear jam, then combined swerve confectioners sugar and cream cheese in a bowl

I placed a small circle of cream cheese mixture on dough round.

In a bowl combine and egg and 2 tsp of water, brush edges of dough.

Spoon a dallop of jam on to cream.

Place dough round on top and press edges

Crimp edges with a fork and press firmly to close edges.

Poke tops with fork and place on air fryer trays. I used parchment to keep from sticking to trays.

Brush tops with eggs wash using Pampered chef silicone brush

Place into air fryer on bake 350• for 15 mins.

Switch trays at halfway beep.

Once time is completed, flip pies over and place back in on air fry 400• 10 mins.

At halfway beep switch trays again.

Remove from air fryer when time runs out!

Combine heavy whipping cream, cream cheese and confectioners sugar in a bowl for topping pies!

Brush tops with frosting and let cool. Enjoy
