Shahi Haleem in Instant Pot
A comforting bowl of Haleem in winters is everything! 🍜
Rinse the mix of lentils, Oats and barley until water runs clear enough to see your hands through

Turn on instant pot, select sauté once it’s hot add 4 tbs oil, add meat and fry.

Add ginger & garlic paste and fry till the raw aroma goes away.

Now add turmeric, dhania powder and masala if you are using my haleem masala recipe. otherwise add qorma masala any.

Now add the lentils, barley and oat mixture.

Remove pressure, takeout the meat and blend. Shred the meat finely.

Add the shredded meat to the mixture and mix nicely.

Tarka: Fry onion till golden brown and than add a little masala once its done u can add little water so that your masala & onion both will cook evenly

Add the Tarka in haleem and mix

Add chat masala and mix nicely. You can add one more tarka at the top.

Garnish with green chillies, fried onions and lemon. Serve with hot Nan.
