Canned Tomatoes
Chop your serrano peppers

Cut tomatoes into thick wedges

(Optional) Cut 1 Pepper

Sauté onions and serranos until translucent (+pepper). Generous with salt and pepper

Add tomatoes and mix everything. Cover it up for a few minutes. Add a little water.

Add & Mix 1 small can crushed tomatoes

Add parsley and stir

Spoon broth over eggs & Simmer for 5-10 minutes!
