Meat & bones,1 onion,4 kashmiri mirch,3 black 3 green elaichi,2 cinnamon,8 peppercorn,5 cloves,1 tsp zeera,salt,haldi,lal mirch,gg paste,1/2 pack Shan

PC 50 mins. Remove bones. Add 1 cup chana daal (I soaked it literally only 10 mins). Pressure cook another 12 mins. Sauté to dry excess water (if any)

In processor add 1 chopped onion, coriander, mint & green chilies. Blend this to a paste-like mixture

Add keema & blend.

Add an egg & blend. Depending on how your mixture turns out, you may need to add another egg to help bind the kebabs. I just needed one.

Remove in bowl. Make kebabs. I got 24 out of these. Fry / Freeze.
