Roast dry coconut slices

Then roast 100 grms vermicelli

Roast on law flame till golden brown and keep aside

Now add 2 liters milk and bring to a boil

Stir occasionally to prevent milk from burning

Further add roasted vermicelli and mix it

Then add half of roasted dry fruits

Lower the flame and simmer till the milk slightly thickens

Now add 400 grams condensed milk,saffron and 1 cup sugar

Add cardamom powder

Add rose water

Mix well n simmer for few minutes
