Soak dry dates

Blanch (one boil) almonds & pistachio

Coarsely grind: peeled almonds, chopped dry dates & peeled pistachios

Wash & drain raisins

In a pot, add milk & sugar. Cook on low 10-15 mins

Add evaporated milk. Cook another 10 mins

Add dry-fruit mix. Stir another 10-15 mins

Add vermicelli

Cook till you achieve desired consistency. Turn stove off & cool

Refrigerate. Serve cold
