Sheet Pan Eggs-in-a-Hole
You'll need: Eggs, sliced bread, cooking spray, a sheet pan, something to cut a hole (top of a mason jar works)& your family’s favourite toppings.
1
Preheat your oven to 400°F & spray your sheet pan with cooking spray/oil.
2
Cut a hole in each slice of bread. Use the cut outs for tea sandwiches or mini french toast!
3
Lay out your bread on the sheet pan. Turn them sideways to fit more, if necessary.
4
Bake on middle oven rack 8-10 mins (depending on how cooked you prefer your yolk).
6
Put out a board with all your family's favourite toppings. We used turkey bacon, Feta & Spring onions
7
Chop up your bacon into bits & build your toasts to taste!
8
Sheet pan eggs-in-a-hole are perfect for a family brunch or cottage breakfasts - no line ups at the skillet!
