Sheet Pan Roasted Pork and Apples
Cut 2 sweet potatoes into large dices.

Combine 2 tsp chopped rosemary,

1 clove crushed garlic,

1/4 tsp salt,

and 1/8 tsp black pepper.

Stir to combine.

Toss the sweet potatoes with the herb mixture.

Core and slice 3 honeycrisp apples.

Place apples and sweet potatoes onto sheet pan.

Add 4 pork chops seasoned with salt and pepper. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.

Combine 1/2 cup apple butter,

1 tsp chopped rosemary,

and 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce.

Stir to combine.

Cover chops with apple butter mixture, stir apples and potatoes, and bake an additional 10 minutes.
