Sheet Pan Salmon Fajitas
Prepare all of your ingredients before you begin.

Brush salmon fillets with 1 Tbsp olive oil and place on a baking sheet.

Mix brown sugar, chili powder, red pepper, cumin, salt, paprika & oregano. Sprinkle half on salmon.

Combine peppers, onion and garlic with 1 Tbsp olive oil and half of the spice mixture.

Spread the vegetables around the salmon fillets on the sheet pan.

Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes, tossing the veggies halfway through.

Garnish with cilantro and lime slices, if desired. Enjoy!
