Sheetpan Roasted Sumac Spiced Chicken & Plums
Whisk together brown sugar, lemon zest, salt, pepper, cinnamon, all spice, garlic

Brush on to chicken both sides and allow to marinate 30 min or overnight

When ready to roast - Toss plums, shallots, cinnamon, all spice, salt & pepper,

honey and olive oil together

Sprinkle over torn bay leaf

Place chicken on sheet pan over the plums

Then squeeze the lemon juice over

Add the rest of the plums baste with pan juices and

Roast again 10-15 min or until chicken is done

Enjoy with any side and loads of pan juices
