Sheetpan Salmon With Potatoes & Veggies
Slice baby potatoes in 1/2 & toss with olive oil and your choice of seasoning

Transfer to a lined baking sheet - spread out evenly

Whisk melted butter, mustard, honey, sriracha, and seasoning

Brush the sauce onto the 4 pieces of salmon

Remove potatoes from oven and push to the side of the pan

Place the tomatoes on pan and asparagus speers

Place the salmon on pan

Drizzle asparagus and tomatoes with olive

Season with salt & pepper - place back in the oven to cook for another 15 min

Until salmon is done

Potatoes are delicious with perfectly crisp edges

Veggies are tender
