Toss shrimp with olive oil, oregano, chili flakes, & paprika & set aside

Toss tomatoes, garlic, onions, olive oil, salt & pepper on a baking sheet

Place shrimp over the tomatoes

Sprinkle feta over the shrimp

And bake for 10-15 min depending on the size of shrimp you use

Finish off with a squeeze of lemon and toss with fresh herbs

Serve with crusty bread, pasta or rice (recipe includes lemon parsley orzo as side)
