Begin with knees bent & core tight. Squeeze shldr blades & bring thumbs beside shoulders.

Keepupper arm stable & shldr blades squeezed “explode” thumbs beside shldrs. Slowly lower & repeat.

Goal: Get your wrists even with or slightly behind shoulders @ top of movement.
