Find your foundation, sit tall, and breathe.

Hands to heart and breathe into the back body. Press palms up and push the air down.

Reverse. Inhale up and exhale feel the shoulder blades open.

Inhale up, interlace fingers and turn the palms upward. Relax the shoulders down and tilt right.

Remember to breathe down the side body to the kidneys and hips.

Interlace fingers behind the back and leading with the heart, forward fold.

Inhale back to center and float the right arm up and over. Relax the right shoulder.

Keep breathing down that side body. Inhale to neutral. Exhale hands to prayer.

Find your center and enjoy the space you created. If you want, repeat.
