SHRIMP AND ARUGULA SALAD

Large Lemon

Sea Salt

To taste

Slice 1/2 large cucumber

Slice 1/3 red onion

Lay cucumber an onion on container.

For the dressing: Squeeze the 2 lemons into blender cup.

Measure one cup extra virgin olive oil and add to blender with the lemon.

Lastly add 1/2 tsp sea salt and 1 tsp garlic powder and blend until smooth.

Pour the dressing in the container with onion and the cucumber.

Add the shrimp and the avocado, and and gently mix the ingredients together.

Serve with arugula and add add some glaze balsamic to give it the final touch!
