Gather Ingredients

Mix 1C ketchup, 1-2T horseradish, 1T lemon juice, 1T worcestershire, 1t hot sauce, 1/4t salt, pepper to taste

Mix well, chill in the fridge for an hour.

Peel shrimp leaving tails on.

Bring a pot of water to boil with 3-4T of Old Bay seasoning. Add shrimp at boil & boil for 2 minutes

Prepare ice bath to place shrimp in to cool.

After 2 minutes scoop shrimp out of boiling water.

Place shrimp in ice bath to stop them from cooking & to cool completely.

Store shrimp in the fridge until ready to enjoy.

For a nice presentation place shrimp around the bowl of cocktail sauce & serve.
