Let eggs cool completely. Gently peel off shells under cool running water. Cut eggs diagonally.

Separate your yolks into bowl. Add 1/4 cup mayo, 3 tbsp Dijon mustard, Cajun seasoning & capers!

Whisk yolk mixture together and place in fridge to chill.
