Shrimp Or Shell Fish Topped Grouper
Add 1/4 cup bread crumbs (28g) into 6 ounces chopped shrimp, lobster or crab meat (170g) + 2 tbsp parmesian cheese.

1/4 cup diced roasted red peppers or pimentos (110g) + 1 egg. Mix well.

Put the fillets in a lightly greased shallow baking dish.

Add 1/4 of the topping to each (8ounces) grouper fillets (each fillet 225g)

Season the grouper fillet w/ the salt & pepper. Drizzle w/ the 2 tbsp melted butter.

Bake for 18 minutes @ 350 degrees. Once done, (internal temp 145-degrees) remove immediately from the oven and sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese.

The fish should easily flake when pulled apart. Serve with grilled asparagus and some lemon wedges.
