Shrimp Scampi Pasta For Two

Gather the simple ingredients: shrimp, shallot, garlic, fettuccine, lemon, wine and butter.
Sauté shallot and garlic in butter and olive oil while the pasta cooks separately.
Cook the shrimp on one side until pink.
Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
Finish the sauce with white wine and lemon juice, then add the shrimp back in along with al dente pasta.
Toss together until coated and shrimp finishes cooking through.
Serve with additional lemon and fresh parsley.
