Cook noodles or pasta according to instructions. Reserve 1.5 C pasta water before draining

Clean and slice Shiitake mushrooms.

Clean, peel and devein shrimp.

Add shrimp to skillet and lightly season with salt & pepper.

Add butter, sesame oil and EVOO to skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté.

Add mushrooms and stir so they get coated in the butter and oil.

Deglaze skillet with white wine.

Stir in the sauce mixture.

Add pasta water to the skillet.
