Add 1 tbsp of tomato paste. Keep stirring!

Add 1 tsp garam masala mix, 1 tsp of chili powder

Deglaze with white wine.

Add 1/2 cup water and let it simmer until the sauce thickens and onions are cooked.

Add shrimps into the pan!

Season with salt, and squeeze lime juice.

Cook for a few minutes, until shrimps turn pink.

Add kefir (use coconut milk, heavy cream or yogurt instead)

Serve with quinoa, or rice and sprinkle fresh cilantro.
