1 Cup Hoorna ( Refer to the Blog for the Recipe )

Add 2 cups of water into a heavy bottomed Pan

Add 2 teaspoons Cooking Oil

Add 1/2 teaspoon Salt & let it come to a boil

Add 2 cups Rice flour + 2 Tablespoon Maida. Mix swiftly with a wooden Spatula

Make sure there are no lumps. Sprinkle some water on top

Cover with a lid & let it cook on low hear for a minute. Turn off the heat & let it cool for 10 mins

Transfer the cooked flour onto a wide bowl

When cool enough to handle, apply oil to your palms & knead well

Knead well for 5-8 minute to form a smooth dough

Put it in a bowl

And Cover with a damp cloth until ready to use

Make lime sized balls from the dough & dust it with rice flour

Roll gently into a longish shaped wrapper

Place a teaspoon of Hoorna in the Center & seal it as shown

Grease a wide stainless steel plate with Oil

Place the Kadubus in a single line without over crowding

Place a trivet inside the basket. Add half a cup of water

Place the stainless steel plate inside

You can steam 2 plates at a time

Cover with a lid & steam for 10 minutes
