Add 1 tsp gingelly(preferably) oil or your choice of oil! Add 1 tsp black mustard seeds

I've taken 200 gms! Add 1 tsp of salt & 1/2 of turmeric powder & 1/4 tsp of asafoetida! I've mixed all the spices with the Okra!

Mix the Okra well! Add salt to the minimal in any dish! It can be less so that we can compensate later!

I recommend maximum of 1/2 to 1tsp of salt or salt to taste!

To remove the stickiness you can add dry Mango powder or even marinated tamarind water!
