Start with a Relevé (calf raise) in 1st Position

Next- Hold it up - walk heels together, squeeze heels in & stand tall

Plié Down & Up - Keep squeezing your heels together

Keep heels lifted - Plié Out & In
5
Hold the Plié Wide - Lift & Lower Heels
6
Hold the heels up & Pulse in Plié
7
Reach up & over, turn to the barre - Lunge down & up with heels lifted
8
Hold the Lunge - Lift & Lower the front Heel
9
Step in & Lunge Back with heels lifted
10
Put it together- Lunge to Plié with heels lifted
