Ingredients: chicken, 1-2 onions, 3+ tomatoes, screenshot spices, GG paste, cilantro, g. chilis, h2O

Medium Heat: Add 1-2T of ghee/oil to a pot. After the oil heats up, add onions and fry till golden.

Add 1T water-avoid burning. When onions are fried, add GG paste, “whole” spices and fry for 1 min.

Add chicken and Bhoono-fry until color changes. Then add powdered spices and Bhoono-fry for 3 min.

Blend tomatoes and add to pot. Bhoono-fry on medium-high heat for 3 min.

Using the same blender cup, add 2-4c water. Cover and cook on medium heat for 20-30 minutes.
