Simple Cranberry Orange Sauce
Make ribbons from your orange peel. Add to a pot with cranberries.

Juice the orange, and add the juice, water, and sugar. Stir.

Add cinnamon stick, then turn the heat to medium.

Bring to a boil, then immediately turn to simmer for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, remove from heat and let the sauce cool and thicken.

Serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled. Garnish with additional zest if you choose.
