Simple Creamy Yogurt Based Dressing
In a medium bowl whisk together the Greek yoghurt, mayo and mustard

Whisk in the olive oil, lemon juice, zest and all the fresh herbs and chives

Season with salt & pepper. Refrigerate until using. Can be made ahead & stored for 3 days in fridge

Serve on green salad, pasta salad, chicken/tuna salad, as a veggie dip or a condiment for sandwiches
