Simple Dried Fig Cake(Vegan)
Oil(50g), Maple syrup(50g), Soy milk(160g), Flour(200g), Baking powder(2tsp), Dried fig(70g)
Cut dried fig(70g) into small pieces. And preheat an oven at 180C/356F.

Put oil(50g), maple syrup(50g), soy milk(160g) into a bowl and mix.

Place a strainer on the bowl, add flour(200g) and baking powder(2tsp), sift, and mix them roughly.

Add dried fig and mix.

Place a parchment paper in a pan and pour the dough. Then remove the air by dropping it a few times.

Score the surface with knife or skewer and bake for 35-40minutes at 180C/356F.

Cut it into pieces and enjoy!
