Be in the present moment. You can do this by looking around for something beautiful around you.

Observe your breath (is it relaxed or shallow?) Inhale & let out a releasing “sigh” - Aaaahhh

Continue with a few more rounds of open mouth sighs, allowing tension to release from your body.

Breathe naturally & bring your awareness again to the beautiful thing(s) around you. Smile.
4
Draw deep inhales into your belly. Breathe in the beauty around you. Exhale, release & appreciate.
