Simple Overnight Oats
1/3 cup water or your favorite alternative milk

3/4 cup applesauce

Add the applesauce to your water or milk

Add cinnamon, nutmeg or Pumpkin Pie spice to taste

Add 3/4 cup oats (thick cut work best)

Add a few grinds of sea salt

Stir it up!
