Simple Spicy Pickled Peppers

Add 1 cup of water, 1 cup of vinegar, and 1 tbsp of salt to a small pot.

Add 1 tbsp of sugar and two cloves of smashed garlic. Bring to a boil.

Gather peppers of your choice. We used banana, habanero, and jalapeno peppers.

Slice peppers and add to glass jar.

Pour boiling mixture into jar over peppers.

Allow to cool and enjoy!

Store in the fridge for up to several months.
