Simple Summer Sheet Pan Meal
The daily garden harvest dictates what's on the menu many days. This is my go-to meal lately.
Roughly chop a selection of fresh veggies, like eggplant, zucchini, and peppers.

Season thin chicken breasts with a seasoning or sauce of choice on Large Bar Pan. Add veggies.

Bake at 375 for around 18-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Enjoy!
