Simple Vegan Cookies (kid Friendly)
What you'll need
Almond Meal (1 Cup)
Chickpea Flour (1 Cup)
Baking Powder (1/2 Teaspoon)
Pure Maple Syrup Syrup (1/3 Cup)
Vanilla Bean Extract (2 Teaspoons)
Preheat oven to 160• fan forced. Add flours and baking powder
Combine and then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix together until a sticky dough forms
Fold in any optional extras (dried fruit, nuts, cacao nibs)
Roll dough into balls using the palms of your hands and flatten to form cookies
Bake in oven for 10-12 mins or until the edges begin to slightly brown
