Simple Watercolor Daffodils
Our inspiration is daffodils.

Notice the flower has 6 petals and a round center with ruffle like edges.

Watercolor paper, practice paper, crayon, watercolor.

We will draw first, using a purple or blue crayon or watercolor pencil. Draw 2 circles as shown.

Practice drawing the petals on practice paper.

Add 6 petals.

Do second flower.

Add stems. Now add leaves.

Paint the petals yellow.

Clean brush. Use orange to paint centers.

Paint over stems.

Fill in leaves.

Optional: use brown to paint ground.
