Singaporean Rice (a South Asian Fusion Dish)
Boil 1.25 cup rice and add 2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp pepper and 1 tsp vinegar

Sauté 2 cups mixed veg in 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, then add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 crumbled boullion cube (optional, add salt if not)

Mix in 200 g cooked spaghetti

Sauté 2 lbs sliced chicken in 2 tsp ginger garlic paste until it changes colour

Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp cayenne and cook

When cooked through add 1/4 c ketchup, 2-3 tbsp Asian hot sauce, and 2 tbsp water

Cook on medium low heat for 4-5 minutes - it’ll look like this

Mix 1/4 cup mayo, 2-3 tbsp Asian style hot sauce, 2 tbsp ketchup, 2 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp pepper together for the drizzle

Slice and fry 3-4 cloves garlic till golden then add 2 slices green chilies
