Do each circuit 3x's and take 15-20 seconds rest between each exercise
How difficult should the exercises be?
Circuit 1- Hip Bridge with abduction ( push out legs) 20x

Lateral Leg Raise in Side plank position 15x each side

Reverse Lunge with variations 15x each side

Circuit 2- Banded Fire-hydrant 15x each side

Single Leg Hip Thrust off chair 10x each side

Banded Squat 15x
6
Circuit 3- Banded Quadruped Leg Lift 15x each side
7
Lateral Band Walk 15x each direction
8
Banded Single led deadlift 10x each side
